Organization Review And Development

We review and formulate long and short-term strategies, Strategic objectives, mission and vision for organizations in all sectors of the economy locally, regionally and globally.

We ensure that the developed strategies are compliant with the departments’ core function in order to facilitate the realization of the Company’s core mandate and objectives.

Through Organization review, we identify the supporting positions in the organization structure, and the job titles. We make sure the structure developed is:

• Alignment of human resources to company objectives and mandate;
• Clearly articulates responsibility and accountability which allows for co-ordination and cross functional decision making;
• Encourages team work practices and optimal decision support systems;
• Provides for optimum spans of control, good career management and progression for staff;
• Provides for effective control, authority and results in balance of power across the organization; and
• Ultimately leads to effective cost
