We conduct Job Evaluation exercise is to produce a qualitative grading of jobs, on which a rational and acceptable pay structure is built. The exercise will see development of a competitive pay which is crucial in attracting and retaining talent.
We assess the operations of the various business units (departments), their goals, current and anticipated organizational changes, structure, reporting lines, job descriptions, and compensation to reduce non-essential activities; remove overlap in job roles; Adjust the number of management levels to increase efficiency and the speed at which decisions are made; and Increase productivity.
Our Job Evaluation process involves:
- The analysis and writing of job descriptions;
- The identification of factors to weight the jobs;
- The evaluation of jobs and the development of a grading structure;
- The assigning of pay rates based on the new grading
structure.
